The room is comfortable, spacious, and really nice. I absolutely love it here. Cheryl, the office manager, is the most patient and understanding person I’ve dealt with in this kind of living situation.

I moved back to Arlington after nearly 40 years away, and since I haven’t decided where to settle, this has been a good place to stay while I’m in between. There’s no lease or big commitment. It’s quiet, clean, and feels safe, with friendly service and care. The rooms are updated, clean, and smell nice, and the staff are welcoming. The laundry room is clean and takes cards, which is convenient.

I came here while I was trying to find another job and somewhere else to live. Mrs. Cheryl, Dez, and the whole team made the stay pleasant with truly outstanding customer service. They felt like family, and I hated leaving. I know where to come if I need a place again. If you want a quiet, safe place to rest during a transition, or even for a weekend or vacation, the friendly, family-oriented staff make this a great choice. I highly recommend it, and I already miss you all.

I’ve been here more than three months and it’s been great. The rooms at this location are a decent size, and I have the premium one, which I think is worth the $50 security deposit. There are no roaches, it’s very quiet, and nobody bothers anyone. Pest control comes monthly, housekeeping cleans well and is quick, and paying for the room is easy. Once I stayed longer than six weeks, I got my taxes back and only had to pay $25 for that week. When I had a sink problem after the office closed, Desmond from maintenance came to check it and fixed it right away. They also call when groceries are delivered, just to make sure you know they’re there and nobody takes them. The place feels like home and costs less than other locations. The staff are all so kind, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping. There are lots of food options nearby, and the gas station and supermarket are within walking distance. I’ve had no problem with deliveries myself, but I appreciate the precaution.
