What stays with me most is TEE. We were at Spring Hill during Thanksgiving because my father was close to passing away, and from check-in through the week, she became a comforting friend. She made sure my husband and I had what we needed, and when I came back after my father died, she hugged me like family. Her empathy made a terrible time less traumatic, and it was genuine. When we needed to return for the funeral, TEE took my call, arranged a new reservation, and made sure our family members could stay close together. ALI was also a remarkable employee. The location is new and ideal for getting around Memphis, the rooms are clean, and the service and cleanliness were unlike anything I'd experienced. TEE deserves recognition for the way she represents SPRING HILL SUITES, and for the person she is.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with more than the usual continental spread, and the service was great all around. The rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. I'd happily stay here again.

Breakfast was standard, but it had nice extras like milk alternatives, coffee syrups, and gluten-free muffins. The rooms were spacious, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were pleasant. I'd come back.

The room was magnificent, breakfast was great, and having laundry onsite worked perfectly. Ali was terrific at the desk when we arrived. Stacy was tending bar, and her signature amaretto sour is amazing. Sonya was just as wonderful at the front desk when we checked out the next day. We had an amazing stay!

The breakfast was the best part, and we appreciated the gluten-free and dairy-free choices. The rooms were great and the staff were so friendly. We're really glad we picked this Springhill Suites for our visit to the Memphis area.
