Everything was clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The shower pressure was excellent too. We stayed at the Drury Inn in Arnold, MO in early February 2026, our first time at a Drury Inn, and were really impressed. Every employee we saw, from the front desk to the person mopping floors, stopped to smile and greet us. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, and manager Hannah made sure everyone had what they needed at the dinner buffet. That friendliness stood out. We’ll look for Drury Inns as we travel to Florida. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful, so this is a nice place to stay. Drury Inn -Arnold's rates can swing a lot depending on the night, though. Compare prices with Drury Inn and Suites - Southwest St. Louis in Valley Park near I-44. It's only 16 minutes away and might save you $50-$60 per night.

My wife and I had booked a jacuzzi suite for a night together, our first date night in more than six years without the kids. This morning she got a call saying the room had been double booked. We can hardly believe it, and Drury doesn't seem to care. I have family who have worked for this company for years, which makes this especially unsatisfactory. I hope a supervisor sees this review and contacts us.

The free breakfast and dinner are a nice extra at this newly renovated property. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help everyone have a good stay. It would work well for a family trip or a getaway for a couple.

The weather cut our date weekend short, so we had to leave a day early. We've stayed here several times, though, and every visit has been a great experience.
