Clean rooms, great staff, and the lowest price we found nearby. It's a nice little family owned Inn right next to the cafe. No complaints.

They asked for a $100 cash deposit, which I've never heard of before. It sounds like a scam to me, and I'd tell anyone reading this not to stay here.

11-27-2025: The beds were terrible. I couldn't sleep at all, and the mattress felt like it came from a dumpster.

We were too tired and had no time to find another place at the last minute, so we ended up staying. The entrance and parking area were very narrow, and inside there was a musty smell. The carpets, furniture, and beds were old. The pillowcases were marked as coming from the ER, and the blankets were thin and worn. There was painted-over water damage on the walls and rusty spots in the bathtub. Some odd doors in the room had locks but no handles. Loud noises at 2 a.m. woke us up. We definitely won't book here again. I'm glad we didn't have young children with us, because I would rather have slept in the car with them.

After a long drive from Phoenix, I was glad to find a decent, family friendly place with clean rooms and free parking. The entrance is very narrow, so be careful. I felt safe here, and it was better than other inns. I only stayed one night, but Pismo Beach was an easy eight minute drive away, and visiting the drive thru beach with dunes was a great experience.
