Quality Inn Ashburn

The room was filthy, with a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, a terrible musty, smoky smell, and a dirty bathroom and shower curtain. There was also water damage in the bathroom. The photos on the site aren’t recent. There isn’t really a pool, just dirty tarps covering it. Don’t waste your $100.

I couldn’t even sleep under the blankets. The beds were hard as rocks, everything was dusty, and the air smelled funky. The place is badly outdated and smells awful. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The second-floor ice machine is out of order. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located just off the highway.

They said the refund would take 7-10 days and told us not to come back. What a disaster. I booked a stay here for my cousin, and it’s been nothing but frustration. There were bugs I’d never seen in my life, roaches, and mold. They moved them to a room with a wet, mildewy carpet, then got upset because sheets had been put on the floor to keep a child from getting sick. This motel/hotel is run down. Keep your money, or sleep in your car if you have to.
