Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville South/Biltmore Sq

Kendra made the decision to stay here again an easy one. On my second time passing through Asheville, I called and learned she was working the desk, which sealed it. She remembered my name and preferred room type, had a welcome bag ready, and introduced me to manager Salem. On my first visit, she had gone out of her way to arrange our preferred room and make my friend feel special for her birthday weekend. Months later, my friend still talks about it. Kendra was professional, thoughtful, and a joy to deal with. Both stays, in December 2025, were at the Fairfield hotel in South Asheville by the outlets. The rooms were nicely equipped, and the property was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual Fairfield selection, with a clean, well stocked area and plenty to eat. It’s a five-star experience in what might be considered a two-star hotel. I’ll absolutely return. Thank you, Kendra and Fairfield.

Rooms are bigger than most and super clean. The price is the best around, and the free breakfast has one of the best selections I’ve seen, with lots for kids and adults. I’d stay here anytime. Great job, everyone!

We travel for work, and this is now our number one place to stay in Asheville, NC. The staff are polite and go out of their way to accommodate us. They even have gluten-free muffins. Everyone has always been great, but Juana is the best, super friendly and always happy to see us. 100/10.

The pool and gym were well maintained, and every staff member we encountered smiled and greeted us. Our room had a little wear and tear, but it was spotless, and the bed and linens were comfortable and crisp. It’s a terrific affordable base for visiting Asheville, outside the village but just a few minutes’ drive from the sights.
