I needed a room at the last minute, and Stephanie was incredibly helpful getting me settled. She may be the nicest, most helpful receptionist I’ve met. Daniel was just as friendly and helpful when I checked out. The rooms were spotless, and everyone treated me with respect. Security also walked around throughout the night, which made me feel safe. I have no complaints, and this is where I’ll stay on future trips.

The service and front desk were excellent, though breakfast was pretty forgettable. My standard queen room felt a bit small. I’m semi-handicapped, and the indoor pool steps were too deep for me to get back out. I had to call for help. They were over 12 inches, so I’m not sure how that fits with the ADA’s 6-inch step requirement.

The location is tucked back from the road, and the area felt comfortable without sketchy foot traffic. Everything we needed was there, from the modern, clean rooms to the really comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent quality, and the staff were outgoing and professional. For the price, this place beat several higher-rated hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely be back.

The bed was a little worn, but still okay, and otherwise the stay was good. The hot tub area lost all its atmosphere because people, employees included, were smoking right outside the door. The smoke smell got into the pool area, and I’m allergic. Even so, I’d probably stay again.
