Homewood Suites by Hilton - Asheville

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and Lee from the breakfast team was especially kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome in the mornings instead of rushed. Housekeeping was attentive, followed through on our requests, and kept our room clean and comfortable throughout the stay. We spent two weeks here on vacation, and it was a pleasant, stress-free visit from check-in to checkout. Clarissa welcomed us and helped with check-in, and Belinda and Nate at the front desk were great too. Whenever we stopped by or called with questions, they were patient and friendly. We felt well looked after and would stay again. It’s a clean, reliable, laid-back place.

The breakfast tacos with carnitas were delicious, and there were plenty of toppings. As someone who’s lactose intolerant, I appreciated having prepackaged chia pudding and overnight oats made with oat milk. The continental breakfast deserves five stars. The hotel was very tidy and quiet, with a comfortable bed and an easy trip to downtown and the Biltmore. I was really impressed and would put this high on my list of Asheville stays.

The breakfast burrito bar was my favorite, and all the food was fresh. The attendants had everything presented really well, and it was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had. We enjoyed our stay: the hotel was very clean, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

I spent 17 nights here for work, traveling with my German Shepard Husky, and housekeeping did such a great job that the room never looked like a shedding fur missile had been in it. I travel about 40 weeks a year, and this was one of the cleanest Homewood suites I’ve stayed in. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay, and keep up the great work!
