There are people living at this hotel as well as overnight guests, and the staff handled our reservation problem horribly. The manager yelled at us and was so rude. I'd give the place zero if I could. Hard pass.

Everything seemed fine until I went into the bathroom and found bugs all over the shower. Nothing can make up for that, sorry.

We were there on a busy Labor Day weekend, but it was still quiet overall. The king bed was nice, the TV decent, and the AC worked well. It's close to downtown and Lithia Park, with nice people around. There's breakfast and a diner/bar in the same parking lot. I just wish housekeeping had done its job.

For the price, this was a really good stay. The room was very clean, with a larger mini fridge, microwave, and a TV with plenty of channels. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Ashland. Even with a diner/bar just steps away, it was surprisingly quiet over the 4th of July weekend.

The owners were accommodating, and the rooms were clean and quiet. It's an inexpensive stay and hard to beat for the price. I'd definitely come back.
