Aspen Little Nell 3 Bedroom

The Little Nell has a warm, refined atmosphere that never feels pretentious. It made us want to slow down and enjoy the place. The food was excellent at every meal, from a relaxed breakfast to a more refined dinner, with quality and preparation to match Aspen’s reputation for world-class dining. What stood out just as much was the staff. Everyone we met was courteous, respectful, and helpful, with attentive, genuine service that felt natural and made the stay easy. If you want a stay in Aspen that lifts the whole trip, The Little Nell delivers a true five-star experience.

Our family of four will absolutely return. The quiet nights, large table for games or in-room dining, fireplace, and lovely city and mountain view from the private balcony all made the room especially comfortable. It was immaculate, with crisp sheets, plush pillows, great room technology, a well-stocked minibar, spa-style toiletries, and soft robes and towels. The Little Nell Team made check-in easy with warm smiles from the moment we arrived. Element 47 in-room dining was outstanding: fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, incredible French toast, and delicious coffee and lattes. Ajax tavern's kids' meals were on point, especially the fries. The LN concierge team shared thoughtful local recommendations that made an ordinary day memorable and suggested activities and hikes to keep the kids entertained. Jonathan (GM) clearly has an eye for detail, and his staff made whatever we needed just a text away. The valet guys were always welcoming, opening doors and driving us around town, and made sure we stayed hydrated. Thanks to James and Steven for taking care of our luggage. The LN concierge team, front desk, and housekeeping were all great: the desk checked in from time to time to make sure requests were handled, and housekeeping was flawless. Maintenance and engineering keep the hotel looking new and working well. The new fitness center was perfectly designed for a workout on the road. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Aspen to anyone who enjoys luxurious five-star accommodations.

The location was amazing, but we left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed that the five-star experience we expected never happened. The valet team was the exception to pretty awful service. Twice, we sat in the lounge before dinner and were told the first-come, first-served area was reserved. We never managed to order the hot chocolate during our Little Nell stay, either. We also tried twice to sit at Ajax, but were told they couldn’t serve us, despite finding an empty table. They said they were closing at 4pm. We’d arrived a few minutes before and even offered to check out right away so we could order fries and a drink. For what we spent, the stay wasn’t worth it. We’ll try somewhere else next time.

I was there to update the hotel's wifi and walked through every room. The rooms, atmosphere, views, and staff were all impeccable. A fantastic establishment.
