Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Atascadero, an IHG Hotel

I stayed in the king Suite and it exceeded what I expected. The room was nice, with clean sheets, and I found the stay comfortable and accommodating. The staff were great, and breakfast was wonderful. There’s a heated pool too, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. Thank you.

We’ll absolutely stay again if we’re in the area. The location is great for downtown, and even with the freeway nearby the hotel was very quiet and well insulated. There was ample parking, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms, a nice heated pool and hot tub, though the tub only fits five comfortably. Breakfast was a great complimentary hot spread, and Tesla chargers are out back.

Dameon and Nate were both professional, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to thank Dameon and the sweet, professional cleaning staff for helping me find my sentimental real diamond earrings, which I’d left on the bedside table. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The long wall table was great because I could lay out my work and prepare the following week’s lessons for my students. It was a wonderful stay all around. Next time I’ll use the lovely pool and hot tub in the backyard area.

The room was clean, modern, and recently remodeled. I booked through Capital One travel for a Saturday night, and they let me check in early. The woman who helped me was friendly, added my IHG membership to the reservation, and the outdoor pool and hot tub weren’t crowded. Breakfast was decent too. But when I checked my IHG account, I found the stay didn’t qualify for points because of the discounted rate. The man who checked me out never mentioned that. I paid $300 for one night, and that’s what they call a discounted rate?
