Room 112 had black mold around the tub caulking, and the faucet was dripping with rust and mold. I booked one night with a single double bed through my USAA Bank App for $88. I requested a 5:30 am wake-up call, but it never came, and I nearly overslept. At 6:30 am on a holiday weekend, the lobby was still locked and dark. It seemed like they only cater to indigent locals. I better not end up with bedbugs, or I'll report it to County Public Health. 😷

We found ants everywhere about an hour after going to sleep: in the bed, on us, and throughout our bags. It was absolutely gross. The room already smelled a bit musty or dirty when we arrived. The online price was $70, but at check-in it was more than double. We were tired and it was late, so we stayed, but after the ants they offered us another room and I still didn't want to remain there. We ended up sleeping in our truck. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should have their business shut down.

Watch out for bugs. My husband and the person sleeping near the entrance in our other room were bitten around 3 am. We had booked two rooms. When my husband went to the lobby to complain and ask for medicine, the owner said, "I don't know...and I don't care." He made no effort to help or sort it out, and instead accused us of bringing spiders into his inn. Ridiculous. Worst experience ever.

MaNorma made the trip for me. She was so kind and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. When my friend and I were heading on to Pismo Beach, she went out of her way to suggest places to visit and possible motels. The Rancho Tee Motel itself matched what the website said, with clean rooms and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely stay at the Rancho Tee Motel again when I'm passing through Atascadero.

I called about staying there after hearing it was a nice place, but they told me the $74 price shown on Maps was wrong. It's actually $107 a night. I haven't stayed there, so this was only a potential option. Fix the listing and I'll change my rating.
