The kids had a great time in the heated pool, and we all liked the free breakfast in the morning, which had lots of choices. The bar was also a good stop: the bartender was amazing and looked after us and our friends right up to closing, making sure we had our last order. From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful. Check-in was easy, the lobby looked beautiful, and our spacious room was very clean and comfortable. My family would stay again anytime we're in town.

Sommer at the bar was lovely and went out of her way to share local tips that made my trip better. The staff were nice, the rooms were very clean, and the service was really good. Highly recommend.

We had a car topper full of my wife's military clothes, household items, and medical equipment stolen overnight from outside the vehicle. There were no cameras outside for security and no guards patrolling. None of it is irreplaceable, but it still sucks, especially because her military uniforms are expensive to replace.

Rooms were clean, and this seems like a nice place for a family trip. It was our first time here, and reception made a great impression with how helpful and friendly they were. Lei gave us suggestions for attractions despite the bad weather. Highly recommended.

We'd definitely stay again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. We especially liked sitting together on the comfy corner couch to watch a show before getting ready for bed.
