The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the A/C got nice and cold, just how I like it. The mattresses suited me perfectly, and I probably slept better than I ever have. What really stood out, though, was Shelby at the front desk. She was welcoming from the start, patiently answered everything, and suggested local places to eat. The Boathouse was amazing. You can tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. I hope management knows how valuable she is. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of good choices. The room was laid out nicely, with lots of light and storage, and the bed was comfy. The central location made it easy to get to food and shopping. The welcoming staff suggested local restaurants, and their friendliness made the stay exceptional.

There have been a few room updates since my last stay, and the TV is nicer, but that's about the only improvement I noticed. The curtains still have stains and holes, the elevator doesn't work, and the doors are exit-only. The ironing board and other things don't seem to work either. The morning staff were incompetent. A local had warned me not to stay, but I took a chance and learned my lesson. I cut my stay short and had a great time at the Best Western down the street. Stay there and thank me later.

We spent an extended stretch at this motel over the holidays. The room was clean, roomy compared with some other motels, and very quiet. It's in a good spot near shops and places to eat. The staff were so nice, especially the weekday breakfast lady, who was amazing at her job and really friendly. The night and day desk staff were helpful and kind. We'll definitely come back.
