Tara Vineyard and Winery

We've visited Tara Winery a few times, so we were shocked by how rude and condescending the service was this evening. The food is great, and I understand the kitchen can get busy, but we felt ignored and like an inconvenience. Management and staff could have made the visit tolerable without much effort. Even with a great kitchen, after tonight I won't return. You don't deserve to have my patronage treated with disrespect.

The food was the best part by far, especially because Judy is such an amazing cook. We loved every bite, and the wine was really good too. She came out to share some of her history and tips on places to take the kids. There are lots of animals to pet: pigs, dogs, sheep, and lamas all came over, sometimes trying to steal our food. The geese were less friendly and tried to nip. It's easy to find and a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

Judy made our bachelorette trip feel really special. We loved hearing her stories, and she made us feel right at home. The property was beautiful, as were the wine and drinks. Highly recommend!

We loved the wines, and dinner was very good. The Blanca pasta with shrimp was especially tasty. It wasn't very busy, and the staff worked hard to look after us.
