The staff were so kind and patient, and the room was cleaned each day. When it rained, one of them even lent me their own umbrella, which really touched me. I had another great three-day stay here, just like my previous visit, and I’d definitely come back.

Jill and Randy at the front desk really made the stay for me. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to take care of what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the place had a welcoming, relaxing feel. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was awful, with nothing hot despite what was advertised, no butter or cream cheese for a bagel, watered-down tasting juice, and no fruit. The exercise room was closed, probably being used to store renovation supplies. The fridge froze my drinks, then leaked puddles for two days after I turned it down. I’m never coming back. Even the ESA down the street was better when I stayed there for a few weeks last year. The hotel is being remodeled and rebranded, which seems to explain the rate. The floor I was booked on smelled like cigarette smoke and was being worked on. I wondered if contractors were smoking there. The shower temperature control didn’t work because its set screw was missing and someone had jammed in a one-inch bolt. The maintenance guy basically said that was as good as it would get, though I was offered another room. The replacement room looked nice and seemed recently renovated, but it had no house phone or clock, so I hope you don’t need a wake-up call. The shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm. The bed linens were cheap, and the towels were tiny and paper-thin.

Room 512 had bedbugs. No apology or refund was offered. There was no hot breakfast, the water pressure was poor, and construction went on all day and into the evening. I’m highly upset.
