George made getting our car feel like the best part of the day. He was warm and engaging, and handled the luggage easily as he walked my wife, two other guests, and me to our vehicle. We’d had an unexpected parking complication, and he sorted it out right away without any fuss. I’ve picked up my car from hotel parking lots countless times and never enjoyed it before. I’ve seen George on other visits too, and he’s always been helpful and professional. Staff like him can make a routine stay memorable, and he deserves the recognition.

The room was comfortable, well furnished, and had plenty of space. Everything worked as it should, and housekeeping stayed on top of things every day. At the front desk, the welcome was warm from check-in, and the food and beverage staff were smiling whenever I stopped by the lounge, bar, or restaurant. I’d stay here again.

The rooms were clean and I liked the food, but the bar bill didn’t add up. A sushi roll listed at $15 turned into a tab of about $35, even with a tip.

Emmanuel made my father and me feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He showed us around and let us compare two room options. As an Ambassador Elite member, I appreciated that he made a point of making me feel valued. His professionalism and attention to detail are what good customer service should look like. Five stars from me.
