The room had a great city view through the floor-to-ceiling window, and it was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the mini bar and Nespresso were nice to have, and the shower was huge with plenty of hot water and nice towels. The elevators were quick, and check-in and checkout were easy. Valet was fast and efficient, helped with luggage and vehicle doors, and even offered directions. They give you a complimentary beer or wine and bottled water when you arrive. There was good coffee in the morning and cold water with different fruits available all day. I'd definitely recommend this place.

For our night out at the symphony, this was a better stay than I expected. The room was comfortable and much nicer than the rooms I've had at most Marriott properties lately. We could walk to our destinations and leave the car behind, which was really convenient. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lounge for my Bonvoy platinum status, though they did give us a breakfast voucher that almost covered the cost. I'd recommend it and stay again.

Paul deserves a special shoutout. He greeted us at our Uber and made us feel welcome and special right away, then was just as thoughtful when we left. He was kind, funny, and genuinely warm. The food was fantastic, and the service throughout was exceptional. Amazing hotel. I'll definitely be back.

They honored my Elite request for a 4pm checkout and didn't knock on the door, even though I hadn't put up my do not disturb sign. The service, buffet, and coffee were amazing. This was one of my best Marriott chain stays in the USA. It lived up to the Autograph Collection Hotels experience I was used to in Europe. I'll be back!
