I came for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter tour, and the hotel was an easy, comfortable walk from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The rooms are stylish and thoughtfully put together, with the intimate feel I like in a boutique hotel. From the valet greeting onward, service felt personal and high-end. I had an amazing stay and will book here again for another downtown Atlanta event.

We could walk pretty much anywhere from this hotel, and our room was clean every day thanks to housekeeping. It smelled really nice, too. Iris was amazing when she checked us in, and Jay made dinner at the restaurant one night a lot of fun, shout out to you, man! At checkout, John was very nice and helped with our luggage while Carlos brought the car around and loaded everything. Such a great girls' trip with my friend. The staff were good, and the stay was amazing!

The staff made our stay memorable. Thomas at the bar was welcoming and easy to talk with, and his crafted drinks were excellent in how they were made, presented, and tasted. Our son was curious about the antique mail drop near the elevator, and a staff member took time to explain its history and show him a chandelier decorated with the original mailbox keys. After we left, we realized we had forgotten the valet key. Miguel called and drove all the way to Kennesaw to bring it to us while we were having lunch. That's the kind of hospitality that will bring us back, even though we originally chose the hotel for its less than five-minute walk to the arena. Our room was a good size and well kept, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was spotless. The shower, visible from the bedroom area, might not suit everyone, but we found the setup fantastic and refreshing. The view was pretty good; I heard the Sky Lounge view was even better, but it had been rented out that night. The hotel is conveniently located and has history, too. Highly recommend.

The service left us feeling unheard and uncared for, and I couldn't stay here again, even as a rewards member. We booked a two-night Friday to Sunday staycation, hoping for a high-floor room and good views. When I asked for two robes at 3:50 pm, the guest services man cut me off and said one would be sent up in about five minutes. It didn't arrive before we left for dinner at Glen’s kitchen at 6, and we only got it later that night. At check-in we were told the Skylounge closed at midnight, but later learned it was closing at 10:30, so we had a drink at the downstairs bar instead. Dinner at Glen’s kitchen was mixed: the crab dip wasn't bad, the bison burger was bland, and the drinks were good. When I later asked guest services to heat the dip and burger for one minute each, not the bread that came with the dip, the man told me to sit down and took five to ten minutes, heating everything, bread included. Room service the next day brought bland eggs without salt or pepper, in To-Go boxes. The more serious issue was finding a half-smoked black and mild and a million sugar packets in our drink holder. It looked like an employee had tried to hide their tobacco, and it ended up in room 1006. The front desk said someone would come get it. An older man arrived, smiled, and just said he was sorry for the inconvenience. We also ordered Uber Eats several times, and no one could send it up. The young woman at the front desk was nice, our server was great, and the downstairs bartender was great as well. But when it came to requests and complaints, service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My room had a separate bedroom and living space, and the shower was spacious and updated. The lobby bar felt chic and romantic, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was quick and easy, and I could walk to the convention center where I needed to be. Great boutique hotel, I'd gladly stay again.
