Heart of Buckhead

The whole process was seamless, from my first tour and application to getting my keys. I moved here from up north as a new Georgia resident 10 months ago, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. As a young professional, this is a great place to be. The building amenities are great, maintenance requests are handled within a few hours, parking is never a problem, and pets are very welcome.

I hardly need my car because The Residences in Buckhead is right in the heart of Buckhead, with plenty to walk to and a vibrant community around it. The amenities are excellent, including a pristine movie theater, beautiful pool, cozy lounge, and fully equipped gym. Everything is consistently well maintained, and the maintenance team deserves a big thank you. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and leasing agents Carolyn and Kendrick really care about the tenant experience. I've had an exceptional time living here and couldn't be happier.

The common areas are beautiful, and my fiancé even held our engagement party there. I can walk to great shopping, restaurants, and even my office, so the location is hard to beat. My studio is laid out well and feels surprisingly spacious for one person, with especially generous closet space. It's also nice and quiet. The community team puts on great resident events, and I've made amazing friends with neighbors through them. Stephen in the North Tower concierge team is especially kind and helpful. Carolyn on leasing went above and beyond, even helping me get a great price while I looked for the right floor plan. I've had a great experience at The Residence and would recommend living here.

My apartment is comfortable, and although I haven't tried the amenities yet, we're fortunate to have some excellent services and facilities. The building is clean and bright, with amazing views, and it's incredibly well located. The concierge and staff are very accommodating. Brendan in maintenance deserves special credit. He's gone above and beyond, fixing my issues almost immediately and even staying after hours. He's a gem. If you're looking for somewhere new to live, come on over.
