I was in Atlanta for a week on family business and needed a gym. Homewood Suites Perimeter Center covered what I was looking for: a decent rate, WiFi and breakfast included, parking, and gym access. Ashford-Dunwoody and Sandy Springs are convenient to reach, and being near the mall put food, groceries, and a pharmacy close by. The Saturday check-in was quick and smooth, and at first glance the room seemed fine. The next morning I found a bedside lamp and outlet that had stopped working, with the light dim and the outlet dead. The fridge had stainless steel polish sprayed on it but not wiped off, and the unsecured dishwasher tipped forward when I tried to load or unload it. I reported this Sunday, but nothing happened until Monday, when I spoke with Jeremy, the new manager. They then cleaned and took care of the missing things. The bedroom ceiling light and fan also kept turning on at random, even after I removed the remote batteries. The WiFi was only somewhat reliable while I was working. Sometimes it was fine; other times it cut in and out before settling down. Breakfast varied too. On Sunday some sliced sausage was burned to a crisp and some was fine. The breakfasts I had at the hotel for the rest of the week, skipping Friday, were acceptable. I'd stay again, hoping those smaller issues are sorted out by then.

Tatiana at the front desk was such a kind first face after a miserable night. We reached the area at midnight after a twelve-hour drive, checked into the hotel we'd booked, and found it so disgusting that we stayed only because we were exhausted. We left early in the morning, upset and worn out, and came here without a reservation. Tatiana checked us in right away and let us have breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was stunning and incredibly clean, almost like an apartment with everything we needed. The pool and workout room were great too. We enjoyed the stay from top to bottom. Thanks, Tatiana!

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was great. It felt like good value, though the hotel's upkeep was lacking. The elevator buttons were loose and one of the two elevators was broken. I'd read that breakfast could be hit or miss, and I must have arrived on a miss day.

The area felt safe and had plenty to do nearby, but I won't stay here again. The workers said the right things, though they didn't seem happy to work there. Our room was the worst part of the multi-night visit: the door lock was broken, the toilet paper holder was falling over, the sinks were dirty, and there were bugs in the bathroom. I mentioned it at checkout and was told they'd look into it, but I'm sure nothing was done.

Jasmine Jones and the whole team gave us an amazing stay for our 2025 Women’s Retreat. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the customer service was exceptionally good. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
