The staff made this stay for me. Jazalyn, Chantai, Mahari, Brandon and Lakuan were friendly, attentive and always happy to answer questions. They also gave us some delicious restaurant recommendations. Troy and the valet team were just as accommodating and polite, and their complimentary shuttle took us to places within a mile. I'd come back for the staff alone. The hotel has an upscale but relaxed feel, with downtown views from the restaurant. I loved the colors, furniture and little details throughout the rooms, lobby, restaurants and other spaces. The room decor gave a modern twist to southwestern culture. Our room was cleaned and stocked with toiletries and essentials when we arrived and throughout the visit. We were in Buckhead for the first time because my mom had a WPF conference in September 2025. The central location made it easy to get to restaurants and shops. Even with an event happening and nearby businesses, we had no noise or service issues.

Preston made the valet process quick and easy. He greeted us right away, was courteous and professional, and treated us with respect. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Great service from beginning to end, and he left a strong impression.

I've stayed here twice on business, and it's become my favorite hotel in America. The staff are especially attentive and friendly compared with other hotels I've stayed at in the US. Breakfast is prepared as a set menu based on your preferences and tailored for your company, which is a lovely touch. The location is excellent, right across from Lenox for shopping, and you can explore the area by bicycle. The airport is around 25-30 minutes away, though traffic can slow the trip.

The staff were what made the stay especially pleasant. They were friendly and helpful, even taking our bags from the car and bringing them up to the room, something I hadn't experienced before. We were celebrating our first anniversary, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked through the Hotel Collection through Amex and got an upgrade, early check-in and late checkout. The room had a king bed, plenty of space for our three dogs, and a nice view from the 11th floor. The mall next door was fun to walk around. It was a great anniversary stay, and I'll return if I'm in Atlanta again.

We picked this nice hotel for its rooftop and to celebrate my birthday on 12/18, but the rooftop was reserved for a private event. We tried again the next night, and the outdoor section was booked too. It was disappointing to miss one of the main things that drew me here. The location is fantastic, though, and the service was good. I'd book again, just without counting on using the rooftop bar.
