They were super nice and accommodating. I asked for a particular room, and they had it open, so they let me check into it. I appreciate them and have already made another reservation.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They made check-in easy and quick and made me feel at home. Great experience at Motel 6. I'd definitely stay here again.
2/10
After a long day on the road, I needed sleep, and this place was conveniently right off the interstate. I booked online so I could pull in, get the keys, and rest. But after midnight, when I went to the lobby and spoke with the man through the night-shift glass, he said I couldn't check in until 3:00PM. I'd already paid, but because I needed to stop and sleep after midnight, he refused to change the date or let me in early. I offered him an extra $20 and said I'd be gone by 9-10 the next morning, but he wouldn't allow it. Even though only 5-10 of the 50+ rooms seemed occupied, he showed no common sense or courtesy and wouldn't let me get some sleep before going back to work. The manager is incompetent and inconsiderate, and I wouldn't give him my business. The area was clearly rough too. While I spent over an hour trying to sort this out so I could sleep, I saw several drug deals. Four different homeless people also asked me for money before I could leave.

When I needed help, the front-desk representatives assisted me as soon as they could and got me into my room without a problem. I appreciate the customer service they give when they speak with you. Keep up the great work!

I booked online, and the woman at the front desk was great. I'll definitely get a room here again.
