Ponce City Market had everything else I wanted right next door, and the hotel had everything I needed. It was clean, smartly designed, and efficient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available, even though the tech-forward setup meant I didn’t need to interact much with them. I’d recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months on an extended stay in Atlanta as an international resident, and Scout has been a great fit. The apartments aren’t very big, but the space is used well, and they’re modern and very new. Shared spaces are great, and the rooftop pool has an almost 360-degree view of Atlanta. The leasing office team, especially Trey, were very helpful when I first secured the lease. The restaurant downstairs is great for a convenient breakfast or lunch, and the location is excellent, probably one of the few walkable spots in all of ATL. The one downside is that the AC and ventilation can’t be switched off and aren’t the quietest, so it may not suit you if you’re very sensitive to noise.

Scout Living is immaculate and convenient, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever we need something. Jasmine in management and Kathleen at the front desk came through for us again on our recent visit and always make us feel welcome.

My four-night work trip at Scout Living was made much easier by the staff. My booking hadn’t synced correctly from my company travel portal into their system, but Bria at the front desk handled it calmly and professionally. She quickly found me a new room, made sure I was looked after, and gave me great recommendations for the area. I really appreciate how she turned a potentially stressful problem into a good experience. The property was spotless and easy to find, right near Ponce City Market, which made it convenient to get dinner or coffee and walk around after meetings. My room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed and a place to work. The hospitality was great, and I’d happily stay again for work or leisure.
