I’ve been here since August, and they’re awesome. They show compassion to customers going through hard times. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that really takes care of its customers like this one. Security is great: after a certain time at night the doors lock, and you can only get in with your room key. Car safety is good, too, so I don’t worry about break-ins or theft. I love it and highly recommend it ❤️

The location and Ms Dominique are the only good parts. Everything else has been terrible. They moved me to two different rooms that they said were remodeled, but they weren’t. The Wi-Fi keeps changing, and it’s not free anymore. I’m currently having a Wi-Fi problem in my room. They said a maximum of two devices should connect for free, but none of mine would connect. I went to the front desk several times and kept getting told there was nothing they could do. The employees act weird, and one keeps harassing the 20-year-old writing this review. It isn’t kid-friendly either. My brother has autism and was being loud in the hallway. Before I could even calm him down, an employee rudely asked if I could tell him to be quiet.

After being a loyal guest here for years, I’ve reached my limit. Stacy, the General Manager, has been yelling at people and acting outright rude, then putting on a fake smile. I’ve watched her drive good guests out of the building. When I tried to read my agreement before signing, she rushed me, cursed at me, and threatened me for taking care. I’ve also seen her put families with children out on the street for no reason while she fraternizes with other guests in the hotel. Her reputation is awful, and she’s damaging the business. Corporate needs to step in because she’s a liability. I asked for corporate’s phone number and they wouldn’t give it to me. Do better.
