The restaurant staff were top tier, and the whole experience there flowed so smoothly. The rest of the team was amazing too, and the customer service felt intentional. Micheal, the GM, was super dope and very present, which I love seeing. You can tell that leadership involvement shows in how the staff works. Knyia took care of me from the moment I walked in for my birthday staycation. Her energy and professionalism set the tone, and she went above and beyond to make me feel special throughout my stay. Wylie Hotel gave me the good energy and great service I was looking for in Atlanta. It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be back!

The bar and restaurant had great food, drinks, and atmosphere, and Terry, the bar manager, made my time at the bar even more enjoyable. Evita at the front desk was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the property has a stylish, unique, welcoming boutique feel. I had a fantastic stay at The Wylie Hotel and would definitely come back.

Our guests loved their rooms, which were cozy and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for friends visiting Atlanta for the first time. In the evenings, everyone gathered on the outdoor terrace around the fire pit with cocktails from the bar, making some lovely memories. We used The Wylie for our wedding room block and held our farewell breakfast in the beautiful sunroom. The food was fantastic, and when we had a last-minute need, the staff were flexible and went out of their way to help. They really saved the day. Trinity was our main contact from start to finish. She gave us a thorough tour of the guest rooms and event space, then checked in regularly to make sure things were on track. The custom welcome bags were also handed to each guest at check-in, a thoughtful personal touch. The room block terms were competitive and flexible. When you host an event at the hotel during your guests’ stay, they don’t require a financial commitment for the block. That mattered a lot to us, since other area hotels required us to commit financially and made us nervous about booking more rooms than we needed. This arrangement worked out perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would do it all again. For a wedding or special event in Atlanta, The Wylie should be high on your list.

The rooms were clean, inviting, and comfortable, and I never heard the neighbors. The front desk team, Mr. Charles the maintenance man, and the valets were all lovely and friendly. Mrs. P's restaurant has everything you need, and across the street there’s a Smoothie King, McDonalds, and Starbucks if you want a familiar breakfast. The Wylie is in a great Midtown spot, just a 2 min walk from Ponce City Market and the beltine. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ll be dreaming about this stay. When I come back to Atlanta, this is where I’m staying!
