We stayed over Labor Day weekend and won't be back or recommend it. The room had bugs everywhere, including a huge spider that jumped out of my makeup rag when I went to wash my face. I went out and bought a rag of my own. The hot tub barely worked, with only a few jets running, and it needed cleaning and paint. We didn't use it again. The place was dirty all over. Food was stuck to the kitchen counters and appliances, the shower had a ring of black mold, and the couch and chairs had nasty stains. A drawer in the twin bedroom fell out and wouldn't go back in. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. The outdoor grounds were also neglected and covered with litter. Such a disappointment.

The room was huge and clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and really accommodating. Having a washer and dryer in the room meant I came home with hardly any laundry, which was great. Excellent property with easy beach access. We'll definitely be back!

It felt like having a little apartment. The room was clean and spacious enough for us, and the property is well looked after. The beach is just a very short walk away. Great location.

I grew up coming here for timeshares and hadn't visited in years. I was sad the on-site general store was gone, but there are still so many good things. The room was a nice size, and there's a short walk into town. The community park is right next door, with a grocery store and shops nearby. The pizza at the shopping center is amazing. The resort has two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a splash pad, mini putt-putt, a playground, free laundry, grilling areas with covered seating, and it's right by the beach. I love this place. We'll be back.

I wasn't happy with the service. I was told the place was beachfront, then I told the desk I was a disabled veteran and still got a room on the third floor, as far as possible from the elevator. They wouldn't move me. The price seemed too high, and although I was told parking was free, I was charged $27 for it.
