The staff have been the kindest, most caring people I've met in this business. Each time I've stayed here, I've been greeted and made to feel welcome. They've brought me towels and offered to clean the room and make the bed. I've stayed 8 out of 14 nights over the past two weeks, and I'm in my third room here now. All three have been consistently clean, including the beds and bathrooms. I see this place as a warm, dry, cleaner option than being out on the street. It's budget friendly if you keep your expectations in line with what you're paying, and it met or exceeded mine. I think they get more short term stays than overnight guests. I've only killed one bug, on my first night. I had a can of spray delivered with doordash and haven't seen another since. There could be a bug somewhere, but bugs everywhere hasn't been my experience. Weekdays are quieter than weekends. I haven't seen police here, though one night came close. There are homeless encampments in the wooded areas, so lock your car. Animals are welcome without questions. There's no dog park, but they have bags and a place to throw away your dog's poop. The free Wifi is enough to keep me under my data limits. If money's tight and you need a place, or you're passing through and need a few hours of sleep, this place works. If you're coming to gadsden on vacation, which idk why anybody would, it works for that too. Set your expectations to match your wallet and you'll be glad you chose here.

The front desk woman was really sweet and helpful, but this room should never have been rented in that condition. We stayed upstairs at this Motel 6 last night and had an amazing room, clean and comfortable, one of our best budget stays. We came back tonight and got a disgusting room instead. The sheets are filthy, stuff is smeared on the walls, and the fridge doesn't work. We left our pizza on top of the microwave while we showered. When we came back and opened it, roaches were all over it. We'd spent our very last bit of money on a place to sleep, and ended up going to bed hungry in a dirty room. I was bragging about this place just last night, but now I absolutely wouldn't recommend this Motel 6 to anyone. I really wish we could get our money back!

The photos are a fair match for the stay. It was a nice, clean motel, our bed was clean, and we saw no signs of bugs despite reading the reviews. We'd stay again.

The manager is great to deal with, and the housekeeping lady does a good job. The room had fresh paint, good internet, a nice TV, and plenty of channels, including HBO. I haven't seen roaches or other bugs, though I can see that the sheets might have a few small stains. They're clean. I've read some of the negative reviews and wonder which Motel 6 those people are staying at. This is a great Motel 6. Sure, it's not a Trump Resort, but it's not costing $1,000 a night either.

No ice machine, and the workers are hateful and don't seem to care whether you stay. They allow pets and weekly rates, which says a lot about the smell too.
