I have a 5 month old baby, and they put us in a room that smelled like pee and was infested with roaches. You have to ask for towels and toilet paper, clean your own room, and the maid doesn't clean every day. Don't stay in one of the rooms with a kitchen. The sinks are held up with boards, and the rugs are nasty.

The place itself is decent, but my stay went badly after I got tricked and lost everything. Now I'm stuck with this nasty new girlfriend. She set me up and told on me right away. I can't stand her, she's hideous. I don't know what I was thinking or how this happened.

It's family friendly and they allow pets, and it's less expensive than Atwater's other hotel. The downside is the rooms need better maintenance and repairs, and they don't provide the usual complimentary items. Motel 6 in Merced, about 7miles south, is $70 cheaper per week and allows pets too.

The people running this place are super friendly, and it's quiet day and night. It's a nice family run motel. Not perfect, but it works for a quick sleep or a week or two.

The only thing I liked was the air conditioner. The manager is straight up rude and acts like he owns you. His wife is too moody and judgmental, and complains a lot. The place is full of roaches and bed bugs. I didn't love it at all.
