A decent motel for the price, and I got a good deal. The rooms are clean, breakfast is okay but nothing great. You get what you pay for, so I can't complain.

I wouldn't stay here again. The sheets were clean and the shower was large and well lit, but that was about the only good part. Even though rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking, opening the door hit me with a heavy cigarette and mildew smell. The bathroom had a faint marijuana odor, and I saw cockroaches crawling around the room and hiding under shoes each morning. Breakfast seemed limited to biscuits and gravy, corn flakes, and muffins. There was also a group of migrant workers spending hours every night in their white van in the parking lot, which made me uncomfortable. I don't recommend this place.

I spent a week here while my hardwood floors were being refinished. Having breakfast included was a big plus, and the room was clean. The staff were accommodating. I’d recommend this motel.

I usually don’t mind cheap hotels, even if they’re musty, dated, or have a dirty shared bathroom. I often prefer them to pricier places, and can even enjoy a rough stay. This one, though, was on another level of disgusting. The first room reeked of blunt smoke. I like sweet Mary Jane, honestly, but the tobacco and cigarette smell was too much. The friendly front desk attendant quickly moved me to another room. It was a bit better, though still musty with a faint cigarette smell. The floors were dirty, but the sheets and bathroom seemed reasonably clean, so I checked the mattresses for stains and other bed bug signs before bringing in my bags. After sunset, the cockroaches came out. I counted at least a dozen German cockroaches, some large and many small. After picking up dinner, I found a couple in my soft cooler. That was it for me. I cleaned the cooler carefully, threw away my food, checked every bag and piece of clothing, loaded up the car, and went to a much nicer hotel. I didn’t see bedbugs, but wouldn’t be surprised if there were any. Bringing bags inside could mean taking cockroaches home. I can’t stress how disgusting this place was. Bring your wife and you might get divorce papers. I love cheap, crappy hotels, but this was the first time I ever left before spending the night. Absolutely astonishing.

The location is just off the interstate and not far from Auburn University Campus. We arrived around 10 p.m.; the staff were really friendly, and the price was decent. Our room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. There was a strong stale sort of smell, though I could really only notice it when the air wasn't running. The shower heads weren't great either. Aside from those issues, I’d recommend it as a decent stay, especially if you’re visiting a student or the campus.
