I travel a LOT, and this is one of my favorite Hitons. I come here often enough that it feels almost like home. The rooms are nice, and The Refinery is amazing, great food and service. James, Moriah, and everyone else always welcome you and do what they can to make the stay good. My only wish is for a TV guide in the rooms, since finding channels is hard, unless I’m missing something :) Great job, team Auburn. Y’all always make me feel at home!

The staff really went out of their way to look after me, and everyone did it with a genuine smile. The front desk had excellent food options to buy, and breakfast was first-rate, with both a buffet and food cooked to order. It was easily the best hotel breakfast selection I’ve seen as a traveler. The onsite restaurant was good too. The location was good, but the care from the staff stood out most.

Moriah and James at the front desk made me feel at home throughout my 13 weeks here for business. I travel a lot, so I have plenty of places to compare it with, and this was a great spot for a long stay. Whether I came in after work or headed out in the morning, they greeted me with a big smile and a welcome. They took care of my needs and requests whenever possible, and their customer service and attention were amazing. They really care, and I hope Hilton Hotels recognizes how valuable they are to the Hilton Corporation. Thank you, Moriah, James, and The Hilton Garden Inn of Auburn, New York, for a great stay!

I attended a workshop here, though I didn’t stay overnight. The setup was comfortable, and it was easy to see and hear John Murphy from Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts. I just wish there were an entrance closer by.

The hotel and staff were really great, but room service fell short during the week. They missed the trash several days in a row, and made the bed on only two of my six nights, the day after I arrived and the day before I left. If they fix that, I’d give it four stars.
