The hotel smelled lovely as soon as we came in, and the front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. Breakfast the next morning was good. We didn’t use the pool or fitness area.

I’d seen some online reviews and was expecting the worst, but after settling in, my family and I had the best experience of all the hotels and resorts we’ve visited. The staff and cleanliness stood out. Jazmine made sure we were comfortable and was very professional, as were the knowledgeable people at the front desk. The pool was heated, breakfast was good, and there are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this place if you come to Augusta.

Our planned week in the suite turned into an unexpected two-week stay, and I was very pleased with how our family was treated. We travel a lot across the states, and I’d definitely come back to Holiday Inn Express Augusta North. The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room, restocked it, and changed the bedding daily. Any employee we asked was willing to help and followed through. The staff were phenomenal, personable, professional, and happy to help. The manager greeted guests with a smile and made us feel welcome. Be sure to get breakfast and meet Andrea, who’s there early each morning preparing it while you get some much-needed extra rest. She’s cheerful, friendly, and ready with a smile and good conversation. We miss her, she was the best part of our trip! Even if you’re not a morning person, you’ll leave happy. Take the exit, you won’t regret it. I hope this helps anyone deciding where to stay. We’ll be back, and we miss you, Miss Andrea!

A clean hotel with great breakfast and friendly, professional staff. The location is handy for the highway, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. I’d recommend it if you’re in the North Augusta area.

The heated pool was just right after a long trip, and we’ll definitely stay here again. Our room was clean, and housekeeping was great when I asked for help. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone to find what they wanted. The front desk staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. A wonderful hotel.
