We were able to sleep well and carry on with our road trip after a quiet night here. The room was fine otherwise, but the trash can still had the previous guests' garbage in it. I took it outside the room in case someone would collect it, but nobody did. We stayed one night while traveling to South Carolina.

I liked the room until the day I left. Another day had been added to my stay, but the cleaning lady accused me of refusing to leave so she could clean. I only asked to use the restroom quickly before getting out of her way. Having her say I wouldn't leave made the situation really uncomfortable. It felt childish and inconsiderate.

These rooms are arranged for extended stays, so for just one night I'd choose another hotel. At check-in, the woman at the desk seemed unsure of what she was doing or hadn't been trained. We also had to pay with a different credit card from the one arranged for the rooms.

The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms looked nice and clean. They even sold tasty samples, like the green apples. I really love this hotel. I don't understand why people would hate it.

The location is great for shopping, with theaters and good restaurants just around the corner. For a stay in Augusta, this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The room felt like a mini apartment and had everything I'd want at home. Everyone we've dealt with has been kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
