Ms. Latoya at reception was the sweetest and very accommodating, and the building is cute and modern. It's also in a great spot for shopping and exploring, and there's a cute little desk in the room. The room above us was so loud, jumping and banging like elephants. We complained about five times, and on the last night staff didn't even respond. The first night they also forgot our room, so they didn't make the beds or take the trash. We had to ask for a trash bag, and the bins were tiny. There wasn't any hand soap when we arrived, and we barely had towels. They'd provided an ironing board but no closet to hang clothes in. The pillows had almost no support, and I kept waking up with headaches even with an extra one. The soap they did have felt wasteful and dried out our hands.

We had a really lovely stay at Tru by Hilton North Augusta. The whole team was so friendly and made us feel welcome. For service, cleanliness, and friendliness, we'd give five stars and then some. A special thanks to Heather at breakfast. She was incredibly friendly and even made extra things for guests, like fresh omelets. Breakfast was delicious and felt a little special because of her. Leah at the front desk was also kind, helpful, and professional. She answered all our questions right away and always had a warm smile. Thank you, Heather and Leah 😊✨

We stayed here with our daughters and had a pleasant time. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It met my Hilton standards, and I'd stay again. The location made it easy to get to food and tournaments. The frontage road has shopping, food, gas, and more, with a Texas Roadhouse right in the parking lot. The hotel sits a little back from the street, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. The lot was well lit and felt safe, though parking got tight at certain times. We managed to make it work.

Really nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and breakfast was fresh and free. The coffee was hot and tasty, and the dining area was pristine. It's right in the middle of everything, next to Texas Roadhouse, my favorite!

I stayed here twice in one week. The first time, the hotel wasn't crowded and things seemed fine. But when it's full or close to it, I wouldn't say it's worth the price. The rooms seem worth $75-85 a night at best, not north of $100/-. On the 4th floor, you get to hear the roof's machine fans for free, and complaints didn't lead to anything being done. On the 2nd floor, you can hear people upstairs walking around or dropping things, like there's barely any sound insulation. Management knew we changed rooms four times because of these problems but never reached out. Hilton seems to have built this place to squeeze every dollar out of it, like a low-quality apartment dressed up as a Hilton. If that's what the "Tru" brand is like, I'll have to avoid it.
