The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and the staff didn’t bother us again after we asked them to call before coming in. Still, we shouldn’t have been checked into a room that needed repairs, and it needed a much better cleaning. My husband, dog, and I were there while I handled business nearby. Families live there, so the hallways can be noisy. The dishwasher had standing water in it, though we didn’t use it, and the refrigerator made awful noises that woke us several times. There was a Cheerio on the floor, and the doors around the handles and light switches were visibly dirty. What really bothered us was the leak: the next morning, a maintenance worker knocked and said he needed to fix one. We hadn’t noticed the big water bubble under the bathroom ceiling paint. No one warned us about the repair when we checked in. We weren’t dressed, and our dog wouldn’t have liked a stranger in the room. We asked them to call first, then come fix it, and they left us alone for the rest of the stay, which we appreciated. I’m glad the bubble didn’t burst and wet the light fixture.

My wife and I were comfortable in bed, and having a TV made it a perfect couples night. I also got in a great workout on the gym’s cable machine the next morning. I loved the hotel and will stay again.

My sister and I had a nice stay, with clean rooms, plenty of towels, and staff who took great care of us. They had everything we needed. A pool would have been nice, but we had a great time.

This place was disgusting: pubic hair in the sheets, dust on all the shelves, a dirty dishwasher, dishes and drawers, toenail clippings on the floor, and a car air freshener hanging off the back of the door. The elevator permit expired 2/25, and it was January 2026 when I wrote this. We’d booked and paid online, but they still demanded a $150 deposit, even though the confirmation email clearly said the deposit had been paid at booking. We didn’t stay the night and are trying to get our money back. There was no manager on duty that night.
