My room had a nice mountain view, and the bed was comfortable. It was modern, clean, and very spacious, with a couch, table, desk, and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. There was also a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Seems like it would work well for a longer stay.

The rooms themselves were good, and I liked the food, though it was expensive in my opinion. But the stay for work wasn't a great experience. I tried to check in around 4:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready. A bunch of us waited in the lobby for another half hour to an hour. Service wasn't very good, and some staff weren't great with customers, especially the woman at the front desk. I signed up for the 6 AM airport shuttle, but it left almost 20 minutes late, so don't count on the schedule.

The room was spacious and really nice. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and both the bed and couch were comfortable. The big-screen TV was good too. Right when we walked into the lobby, the front desk clerk made us feel welcome and even had treats for our fur baby. Thank you.

Hot chocolate and hot cider in the lobby made for a lovely welcome. My colleagues and I had a good stay thanks to the great customer service from a guy there. I forget his name, but he's always kind, friendly, funny, and brings good vibes.

PJ at the front desk made the stay for us, with friendly, professional service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we had a wonderful visit overall. Only little issue was the pillows were lumpy.
