Genise, one of the managers, was so kind and friendly. The staff went above and beyond when my brother threw up on the bathroom floor. Someone from the front desk came to help clean it up, and they were really kind about it. The pool is nice, and the hot tub is unbelievably good. There's a fun pancake machine, and make sure to try the cinnamon rolls. For iced coffee, fill a cup with ice, pour in the coffee, put on the lid, then pour it over ice. Yay! This hotel is very nice.

Kelly made our cousins’ overnight trip feel like a proper occasion. She was warm, gave us helpful tips about the area, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Andrew was great too. The Holiday Inn felt welcoming as soon as we arrived, and we’ve decided to make this an annual trip and stay here each time. Thanks for helping make the day special with all the accommodations!

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from, so we’d recommend the hotel. The place was very clean, and everyone was lovely. Kelly at the front desk was especially thoughtful: when she learned my son roots for the Packers, she made him feel special. She also handled a small change to our reservation really well. Thanks, Kelly!

The Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. It’s also a handy spot for exploring downtown Aurora. Two Brothers is right across the parking lot for food, beer, and live music, and the Casino is close enough to walk to if you feel like throwing some money away. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the lobby restroom was spotless too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks!
