The hot tub wasn’t working during my trip, though they said it was being repaired. Call ahead to see if it’s fixed if you’re counting on using it. Staff were nice, and our room was clean. We had good interactions with everyone we saw. Breakfast was a highlight: besides the usual options, there’s a station for eggs with shredded cheese, jalapeños, salsa, pickled onions, and several hot sauces. They also had overnight oats and chai pudding, which felt like a step up from the standard breakfast.

The room I got was dirty, with fingerprints on the dishes, food left in the fridge, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. When I asked for maintenance, the desk attendant handed me a plunger and wished me luck. They wouldn’t move me to another room or refund me because of third-party booking policies. I’d reserved a room, but when I arrived they gave it to a woman in front of me who had an honors membership, and the replacement was worth much less than the one I booked. The area was terrible too, with views of a parking lot, offices, apartments, and daily rush-hour traffic. Thanks for the bad experience 02/14/2026.

The lake side view was awesome, and my room was very clean. Staff were friendly and great. I had tons of packages sent there, and they handled everything professionally, even tracking who received each package and how many on a sheet. Emily Mendoza was especially fantastic. She emailed me whenever a new package arrived, and I really want to thank her. I definitely recommend the hotel, 10/10.

Vivian greeted me when I arrived and gave outstanding customer service. Check-in was fantastic, and then I got settled into a lovely suite. The location is close to several shops and restaurants.
