Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center

The shuttle was a real help, and the staff who ran it were friendly and accommodating, so getting where we needed to go was stress-free. Everyone we met was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay good. Even our two-year-old daughter loved being here. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping keeping it spotless and well stocked. We also loved the restaurant. Breakfast, happy hour, and brunch all exceeded expectations, and the service matched the food. We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center and would happily come back. The comfort, cleanliness, food, and especially the hospitality made it a place we’d recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Getting into our room at about 9:30 in the morning was a great surprise. The woman at the front desk said we could go up right away, and we were thrilled. We were there for a conference, and the conference space was pretty nice. The restaurant was okay, though the service wasn’t great. We went for an early dinner and ordered from what sounded good, then noticed other people using a happy hour menu that nobody had told us about.

Madonna at the front desk was like an Angel out of the sky. She was encouraging, understanding, and so helpful while I was stressed about my husband being in the hospital. The staff worked with me day by day while I wasn’t sure when I’d be checking out. I’d arrived very late, and the front desk ladies gave me a parking pass for a spot right in front of the hotel. I was grateful not to have to walk back and forth to the parking garage. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a loved one at the University of Colorado hospital. After a long day at work, it’s nice to come back to such a friendly team. Madonna and Cassandra have always made my stay comfortable, and the whole staff is amazing, all smiles and great attitudes. Lots of love and thanks to them.
