The pull-through spots made getting in and out easy, and the concrete slab meant a cleaner floor, which I loved. The property was clean, customer service was excellent, and getting on and off I-35 was simple. I’ll definitely return.

The highway brings quite a bit of road noise, and construction makes the traffic terrible. Even so, this is a great, very well-maintained park. Its bath houses were the cleanest and nicest we’ve seen at any park we’ve visited. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in the area.

The staff at this location are great, but if you need help with something they can’t handle themselves, you’re stuck. Sun Outdoors’ corporate customer service has been abysmal. They’ve also raised rates recently, added new hidden fees, and made payments harder to submit, which seems designed to bring on late fees. The one-way frontage road looks convenient until it sends you into the construction traffic. For a long-term stay, I’d go elsewhere. This place was great years ago as a mom-and-pop business. Corporatists can ruin almost anything.

We’re from the UK and travelling around Texas in an RV. This has been our favourite stop so far. It’s very, very clean, and everyone was helpful and friendly. The spaces are a great size, and the picnic bench is a lovely extra.
