The door looked like it had been broken repeatedly and patched with tape. I had to fix it myself just to get the deadbolt working because the handle was screwed in crooked. There were bugs everywhere, the carpets looked never cleaned, and I woke up with little red bug bumps after sleeping in the bed. The shower leaked, its curtain had mold, the sink leaked, and the fridge was rusted through and disgusting. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect at all. Lights flickered, and the smoke alarms had no batteries. The pool was mostly drained, just a nasty hole with a little stagnant water. It's too far to walk anywhere, but they might tow your car whether it should be towed or not. The manager lied about prices and what had been paid. He followed guests around in a creepy way, and I felt unsafe around him. He tried to tell me someone had reported to the police that I'd committed a crime. Since he'd already tried to enter my room without knocking while I was inside, I was scared he might come in, plant something, and call the police. I could only think he might do that because I'd paid already, which could reopen the room and let him sell anything I had in it. I've stayed in some dives, but never felt this unsafe. Do not stay here unless you want a special kind of torture. Even with a service animal, you have to pay or risk eviction, despite that being against the ADA. If you want guests, don't run a place this way.

This place doesn't deserve a star. The staff were rude, and it's family-owned. There were too many drugs around and it wasn't family-oriented. The room was dirty, the walls yellow, and there were roaches. The sheets barely looked washed, the fridge seemed moldy, and the microwave was so filthy we couldn't put our food in it.

If you like being yelled at like a prisoner and sleeping in a roach-infested building that reeks of cat pee and feels ready to fall apart, this is the place for you. I can't believe it passes safety inspections. The property seems hazardous, and the staff need immediate psychiatric attention. I took a photo for you guys!

The owner drives around the parking lot harassing people and calls the cops on your guests. The rooms are filthy and the pool is drained. This is not a vacation resort, so don't bring your family. The suites are bigger than some apartments, they're easy to get into, and the price might be negotiable. But the owner is trash.

This isn't a place for families. It used to have drugs and prostitutes, and now the city uses it for temporary housing. A lot of people who come through have been homeless or have a disability, and an organization places them here until they find something more permanent. Still, the manager and his wife are good people. They care about respect and following rules. Visitors have to check in and leave an ID until the visit is over. Try to get around the manager and you'll get kicked out. He's seen and heard it all, so it's safer and easier to follow the rules. If you're visiting from out of town for an event, I'd look somewhere else. It's not worth the price.
