The place felt unsafe and was just plain dirty. Roaches were on the ceiling and walls, the towels had pubic hair on them, and the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black. There were creepy men driving around the parking lot and hollering at me and my friend, and homeless people everywhere. The door was broken and took five or six tries to open. Even housekeeping wouldn’t leave us alone when we were sleeping; they’d come in. When I asked for clean sheets because mine were stained, the staff refused. The next day, they locked me out of the bedroom and demanded payment for the sheets. Nothing seemed to work: the ice machine and pool were broken, and you couldn’t use your card to buy drinks or snacks. A locked lobby behind bulletproof glass, with check-in through a window, was a major red flag.

I won’t return. I booked five nights through Super.com, but from the start the stay was stressful. Since I’d missed the first night of the booking, the first staff member refused to check me in, which made no sense for a multi-day reservation. I waited an hour in the lobby and was even asked why I was "loitering" before another staff member helped and honored the booking. There were suspicious people hanging around outside, and the room smelled strongly unpleasant. The TV was very outdated, and although the room was mostly clean, there was debris on the floor. Later, I was told my room had been given to somebody else. I did get a refund through Super.com, but the inconsistent staff and lack of communication made the whole stay very stressful.

This place was horrible to deal with. They have a no-refund policy and will take your money, the rooms are overpriced and awful, and the management is horrible. Drug users walked around and smoked outside all night, yet they’ll call the police on you for feeding a dog. You can get a better, cleaner room and better management for less at the Motel 6 around the corner. It’s cheaper, cleaner, and has lovely management. Save yourself the headache.

The location is good, close to the highway, but there’s a lot of foot traffic and strange characters around the motel. I had the worst experience here and don’t recommend it to anyone. They took my reservation money but wouldn’t let me check in because I hadn’t arrived on the first day, even though I’d paid for two days through Super.com. Be careful with that app. I also booked through hotels.com, and they couldn’t find my reservation even though the money had come out of my account, so I had to pay again out of pocket. I’d avoid reservation apps at this motel. If you do stay, make sure to book through booking .com. And don’t do a walk-up reservation: I did, and the overnight guy gave me a weekly rate at the daily rate. I stayed a few months, then a woman on the day shift came to my room and said he’d undercharged me.
