I like staying here when I’m in town for work. The rooms have space, the views are nice, and the amenities are good. The hotel staff are welcoming, and the valet team is too. On my latest trip, Stephen, Art, and Bella were attentive, quick, and careful with my car. One recurring problem: on my last stay and this one, there were long stray hairs on the bathroom sink and floor. Housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to that. There’s construction nearby, and with the hotel just off I-35, traffic can get busy.

The staff were kind and really helpful, and Alex and Olivia at valet were great, very professional too. We got to check in early, which was nice, but the first room’s door didn’t work. In the second room, water was coming up through the bathroom floor, so staff called and moved us again. The third room was fine. The location is right by rainy street, so it gets very loud at night, from around 8 p.m. until after midnight. Still, the stay was okay overall.

Aaron made everything feel easy from the minute we arrived. He was always warm and professional, stayed organized and attentive, and had our car ready right when we needed it. His efficiency and upbeat manner really made the stay better.

The view was amazing, the room was clean, and everyone was so friendly. Nariyah was especially kind and suggested a great meal for us. Alex and the valet crew helped with our bags, brought the car around really quickly, opened the doors, and loaded everything up. Such a great stay!

Aaron at valet was kind, professional, and friendly, and he took great care of my car. He was quick and efficient, so the whole thing was easy and stress-free. I appreciated his good attitude and attention to detail. Great service!
