My mom and I were here for a few days and had a nice stay. Everything felt new, and the staff were great, especially Fhem. We’d brought our swimsuits without realizing the pool wasn’t finished yet, which was the one downside. Once it’s completed, I can see this being a really fun hotel.

The rooms are like little apartments, so cute. I came on the hotel’s first day open, and everyone was welcoming. Fhem was especially friendly and even helped with my luggage. The staff were considerate of my requests and my animal, too.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, and we stay in hotels a lot. Fhem really went above and beyond. The place was comfortable and clean, and the service and staff were five stars. Loved it, and I’d definitely like to stay again.

It was my brother and me on a road trip to celebrate retirement, and our first time in Austin as well as our first Element stay. Fhem greeted us at the front desk and made us feel right at home. She has a great personality and sense of humor, and was so warm and welcoming. She also suggested Loro, a great restaurant about 15 minutes away. We’ve had a wonderful experience here, and I highly recommend the hotel and Fhem.
