The apartment was cozy and modern, with great views, and the check-in and check-out updates by text made everything really easy. I also appreciated that Kasa accommodated my request to use fragrance-free laundry products for the bedding and towels, since most detergents bother me. The location works well for downtown Austin, about a 15-minute walk over the beautiful bridge to South Congress, or 5-10 minutes on foot to most downtown bars. I'll book again next time I'm in Austin.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, closet, and a full kitchen and living area. The washer and dryer came in handy, and I liked having a balcony. The three-floor aparthotel is part of a building with other residents. Entry is handled remotely, but the instructions arrived before check-in and were easy to follow. I didn't use parking, though there's a daily fee. The downtown Austin location is within walking distance of everything, and I thought it was worth the price. I'd happily stay again.

The balcony view was so beautiful that I wished my wife could have been there to see it with me. I was on my first business trip, and the hotel made it a great stay. It's right in the middle of Austin, with a lovely view at night and a handy spot for walking around during the day or after work. The room was clean, check-in was fast and easy, and when I needed help, someone showed up quickly and was very nice.

Kasa is more like an apartment rental in a regular apartment building than a standard hotel. You'll need codes for the building and your room, and there's no front desk. I booked through a service like expedia that hadn't passed my contact information to Kasa, so I arrived without knowing how to get in. The building concierge connected me with support, and they helped right away. The room was clean and nice, and the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping.
