There were ants all over the floor, and the only alternative they offered was a room on the fourth floor because nothing else was available. The picture frame had cracked glass, and although the AC worked well, it smelled strongly like rat urine. I requested room service the next morning, but the woman didn't clean the room. When I came back, it was still dirty. A pile of trash from the night before was still there the following night, too. They don't seem to look after the hotel. I'd suggest staying somewhere else, since they obviously don't care about guests.

The rooms were updated and clean, the price was great, and downtown was only about ten minutes away, though traffic can be tricky. Breakfast was good, and here's the full list since nobody seems to include it: cereal, juice, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, and waffles. The main problem was the WiFi, which was really bad, and the Ethernet ports weren't connected. If you need to work, this probably isn't the best choice. Still, I'd definitely stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast had options for everyone's needs, which I appreciated as a type one diabetic. The room was clean and neat, though some people might find the layout a little awkward. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, the service was excellent. I highly recommend the hotel. It was a great stay!

The room was spacious, clean, and well cared for. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping kept things fresh and tidy. The front desk team were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and checkout were easy. I'd recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

The price was very reasonable, and both the hotel and our room were clean. My spouse and I were very satisfied and had a comfortable stay. The staff, including room service, were professional and attentive. We'll use this hotel again soon.
