The rooftop pool area has breathtaking views. Down in the lobby, there’s a coffee shop and bar with specialty coffee, tea, cocktails, and breakfast things like cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches. Gorgeous property.

We loved the balcony views and the location for our anniversary staycation. Downtown fun and excellent restaurants were a short drive away, or an easy walk if you felt like it. Lady Bird was close by too, great for the views or a stroll together. The condo layout had everything we needed and made the stay feel more elevated than a regular hotel.

The rooftop pool, fitness and yoga rooms, lounge spaces, dog area, lobby, and Cuvee coffee and cocktail bar were all well kept and pleasant. Security felt good too: our room card only opened our floor and the community floors, and valet was the only option for parking at $40 a night plus tip. The valet staff were pleasant, and I liked the convenience. The front desk greeted us whenever we came in. My husband and I are local Austinites, and we needed two nights away from the kids. I found Natiivo Austin Wow room (3108) at random and was impressed by the price, quality, and service from the building, room, and staff. It was clean, cozy, and had a nice ambience. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, and everything worked well. There weren’t many kitchen supplies, but it had the basics and a little more. The trash can could be bigger. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, though they looked nice. The design felt simple and urban but comfortable, and being able to log in to our own TV apps was nice. The views were amazing. Storage was my main gripe. I’d have preferred a dresser instead of using the TV console for clothes. The small closet worked for short hanging items, but had linens and other things in it, with no shelves for folded clothes or shoes. I don’t usually like living out of a suitcase, though my husband didn’t mind. There was also a walking distance issue for some places: Rainey St and Town Lake Trail were around the corner, and SoCo wasn’t far, but restaurants like Cosmic Saltillo and La Piscina took 20-35 minutes on foot. We took a homemade sushi rolling class at Texas Sake Co, visited The Range at Austin, and ate at Paperboy and places on Rainey, all within walking distance or a 10-15 minute drive. The room was a good value for the Thursday and Friday nights we stayed at the beginning of January. It had a separate living space, bathroom with good pressure, and the supplies we needed. We’d absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

Everything was very clean. The comfortable apartment had a great river and downtown view from the 30th floor, and the elevator was quick and quiet. There was coffee and a small breakfast in the morning.
