Sunny at the desk was professional and so nice. He got me checked in in under three minutes, and the room and hotel were very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and I was very pleased with my stay. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Austin.

It was really quiet, and the room, sheets, and bathroom were very clean. Check-in was easy, and the front desk and staff were very nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, and the rest of the staff were nice too. One of the front desk women was especially lovely. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she's an older woman with long gray and white hair. She's an angel.

I lasted less than ten minutes before leaving. There was a really strong smoke smell everywhere, and they tried to cover it with a nasty alcohol-based cleaner that somehow made it worse. Homeless people were going in and out of the lobby, and the thin walls and doors let every sound through. You could hear loud rap music and voices from the hall or other rooms. Honestly, it felt more like a trap house than a hotel. I paid only $55-60, but almost anywhere else would be better for that price. Save yourself the time and sanity and book somewhere else.
