Don't stay here if you need internet for work. I paid the extra $5 for premium service and still had 3.4% packet loss, 15% late packets, 104 ms latency, and 87 jitter. I ended up going to McDonald's to take a Zoom meeting. Last week, even the Motel 6 in the middle of Kansas had way better internet. Garbage.

Ms. Jerlyn at the front desk really made our stay. She was professional, accommodating, and went well beyond what we expected, even arranging a generous room upgrade. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived, which set a great tone. Her commitment to guests deserves recognition, and I hope she's considered for advancement. I was very pleased with the service.

The service was excellent, but the room needs attention. The carpet, shower floor, and furniture were grimy, even though the other surfaces looked generally clean. The fireplace didn't work, and the door didn't lock securely. It's a simple place to stay, but someone needs to stay on top of maintenance.

We paid $4,036.10 for an overpriced two-room suite for the weekend, then left without staying. The room smelled strongly of chemicals and made all of us feel sick. The toilet wouldn't flush, and when we asked to move, they offered another room only if we paid again. There were also several homeless people roaming the property when we arrived. Twenty-four hours later, they offered to clean the room again, but not fix the toilet. We were told to “use it, or lose it” regarding a refund, and I lost $4,000. Manager Patricia was rude and dismissive. Avoid this hotel.
