Skyline Apartment

The apartments are cute, in a great spot, and come with awesome amenities. Jazzamyn in the leasing office is wonderful, too. She’s there first thing in the morning when I need her, answers my questions patiently, and really knows her stuff.

We’re in our second year at Skyline, living here with my girlfriend, and we’ve had a really positive experience. The place feels safe and the location works great for us. Management is hard to beat: everyone’s kind and ready to help, and maintenance gets back to us quickly and keeps us updated. I recommend it.

The neighbors have been so friendly, and people wave and say hi. It feels like a real Austin community. The place is well lit and feels safe, with plenty of guest parking. Our unit and the laundry areas are clean and nice, too. I’ve only had one issue in the apartment, and maintenance came out and fixed it SO quickly. Big shoutout to Micheal. I’ve only been here a few weeks, but the leasing staff have already made a great impression. I had a million questions and they answered with patience and knowledge. Jazzamyn was especially funny and kind when she showed me around. She’s amazing!

We’ve been here almost a year and a half, and I’m planning to stay until atleast 2027. A two bedroom for less than $2k/mo in Austin is a great deal, and there’s a ton to do nearby. It’s a quick walk to Barton springs and zilker, with easy access to all the outdoor spots I like. The buildings are a little older, but the office and maintenance teams respond fast and are happy to fix things. The community is great, and people are super nice. New Prop Manager Andy seems to care about the property and walks around checking that all is 💯. Isabella Taylor in the office has been here since I moved in, and she seems to care about her work, which makes a big difference if you’re staying longer term.
